Preparation of your order

Parcels are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage.
The standard shipping method is the Colissimo followed, delivered with signature: the default shipping costs are displayed in the basket according to the selected products.

For logistical reasons or depending on the size and weight of your package, we can ship your order using another fast transport service than the one originally chosen at no extra cost.

Depending on the shipping method used, we will provide you with a link to track the delivery of your package online.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, the packages are oversized and well protected. In the case of a delivery by carrier, always ensure that the equipment is in good condition before signing the delivery note. Indeed, if no reservation is indicated on the delivery note, any claim is then impossible with the carrier.

Orders delivered outside the EEC

Orders delivered outside the EEC are invoiced exclusive of taxes (VAT excluded) after the creation of your account on the import taxes and customs clearance fees are not invoiced to you by NRJSolar but by the importer. It is generally the Post Office or the carrier, who will probably demand payment of these taxes on delivery. As a non-EEC buyer, you are responsible for paying taxes on the value of goods you buy abroad, as well as related customs clearance taxes.
